Wild Prairie Shawl

Wild Prairie Shawl

Have you ever wanted to learn to knit a shawl? Lace? Read charts? Wild Prairie is your answer. This shawl is a fast and satisfying knit because it is done in a bulky/chunky yarn. This is a great project to learn on because you'll make progress fast! The eyelets and decreases form meandering leaves falling down the shawl. The edging could either be finished with picots to create a delicate border or as a plain bind off for a simple edge. The pattern is both written and charted, which makes this a wonderful project to learn to read charts.
